Wet hair completely. Run the hair soap on the hair from root to tip several times, or rub between palms first to create a lather and then apply to hair. Massage the scalp and rinse off thoroughly.

I bought the Oliver Flynn one as a replacement, and so far I'm loving it. After a couple of weeks of use, my hair is back to normal. It feels just like it did when I used normal liquid shampoo from a bottle.
The citrus scent is nice but not overpowering. I'm pretty sensitive to scents in shampoo - usually theyre way too strong, but with this it's not a problem for me
